CDS will hold its annual Artfest celebration and workshop on Oct. 25 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the New Castle County Absalom Jones Community Center, 310 Kiamensi Rd., in Newport, Del.
Artfest offers people with disabilities access to adaptive art tools and supportive volunteers who are eager to help them tap and develop their “inner artist.”
